The HeartCheck™ Pen is a handheld and portable ECG device manufacturered by CardioComm Solutions Inc.

With HeartCheck™ SMART Monitoring, you can enjoy the peace of mind of having your heart rhythm analyzed and interpreted by a cardiologist or ECG coordinating center at any time from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

HeartCheck PEN | Innovative Medical Solutions

With the HeartCheck™ PEN, it only takes 30 seconds to take a heart reading and the device can store up to 20 heart rhythms. Using a USB cable, simply connect the PEN to your PC to upload your heart rhythms to a HeartCheck™ ECG Coordinating Center. Your ECG reading will also be sent to you in GEMS Home. ** The HeartCheck™ (GEMS Home) Software is NOT Compatible with Mac OS Platforms ** Once uploaded, a HeartCheck™ cardiologist or ECG coordinating center can instantly view and analyze the results of your ECG and heart rhythm. This allows the physician or coordinating center to identify any potential issues and provide the appropriate response. Whether you experience chest pain, palpitations, a fast or forceful heartbeat, or small variations of an otherwise normal heartbeat, HeartCheck™ SMART monitoring, coupled with a HeartCheck™ PEN is an effective tool that may help prevent the occurrence of a sudden cardiac arrhythmia.

The HeartCheck™ PEN is simple to use, just place your thumbs and fingers on the metal sensors and your reading is completed in 30 seconds.

Once you save your readings to the HeartCheck™ PEN, you can upload them to your computer and the GEMS Home software. Then with SMART Monitoring, you can enjoy the peace of mind of having your heart rhythm analyzed and interpreted by an ECG Coordinating Centre at anytime from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Just attach the provided USB cable, to your HeartCheck™ PEN device and then to your PC or laptop while powered. GEMS™ Home will seek out your device and allow you to view, save, manage, and upload your heart readings directly to a physician or ECG Coordinating Centre.

The GEMS™ Home application is an integral part of the HeartCheck™ SMART Monitoring system.
