That’s why we guarantee 100% of our supplies products against defects in materials and workmanship from 6 to 12 months or the balance of the product’s shelf life.

Please see the below warranty period for individual product line.

1. Reusable Spo2 Sensor & cable; IBP adaptor cable - 12 months warranty
2. ECG/EKG Cable & lead wire, temp probe, BP cuffs & Air hose - 6 months warranty
3. Disposable Spo2 sensor; disposable temp probe; disposable BP cuff No valid warranty period but will be replaced if found faulty upon first use.
4. Oxygen sensor - 12 months warranty
5. Original devices and Accessories: Repairing service or replacement policy are offered by original manufacturers

Exchange program for fault items is only available for Innovative Medical Solutions supplied products and with a RGA number provided by IMS sales representative.
