Pulse oximetry is the study of arterial oxygen saturation,
the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the blood. A pulse oximeter
is the device that measures and displays the oxygen arterial saturation
with the aid of the probe which is attached to the patients finger
of ear lobe. The pulse oximeter probe gives off light that determines
the oxygen saturation of the blood.
Some manufacturers of pulse oximeter probes include: BCI, Datex,
Ohmeda, Hewlett Packard, Invivo, Massimo, Nellcor, Nihon Kohden,
Nonin, Novametrix, Palco, Spacelabs, Criticare, Critikon and Philips.
Over the past two years, Innovative Medical Solutions have been
expertly repairing and refurbishing pulse oximeter probes and adapter
cables, providing an economic cost alternative for our customers.
We use the highest quality new parts, not recycled, imported from
Germany and the USA. All sensors are fully assessed and any damaged
or out of specification parts are replaced. The sensor is ultrasonically
cleaned and undergoes vigorously testing using our phantom simulator
and applicable pulse oximeter. The sensor is returned to you with
a full-service and quality assurance test report and is backed by
a no questions asked 12-month warranty. All this for one fixed price
which is 75% less than a new probe from the manufacturer.
We also stock new sensors and adaptor cables for any manufacturer
on the market. We would also like to offer a volume discount if
you repair 5 or more probes at the time of order. We offer the quickest
turn around time of 2 days, which eliminates the need for you to
have spares probes sitting in your inventory.
