When unscheduled service calls are required Innovative Medical Solutions immediately sends out a field service technician to provide troubleshooting and, if possible, on site repair.  Those equipment items requiring bench level repair are returned to our fully equipped state of the art workshop facility.

Where possible we will supply FREE loan equipment
until your equipment is up and running again.

Electrical Safety Inspection Program

TGA Regulatory codes and Australian accreditation standards, as well as prudent practice, make it mandatory to maintain a well-documented testing program to assure that the facility’s electrical power distribution system and medically electrically powered equipment are free from fire and shock hazards. To protect both you, your staff and patients.

Innovative Medical Solutions provides a comprehensive hospital/clinic electrical safety program which checks the equipment and environment of all areas of the medical centre (patient and non-patient locations) with properly documented test results maintained on file.

Safety standards utilised by the company are drawn from the Australian Standards including AS3551:2004

Periodic Inspections & Preventative Maintenance

Innovative Medical Solutions conducts performance monitoring including safety testing and manufacturer-specified scheduled maintenance.  The procedures and intervals followed for the scheduled maintenance are determined by manufacturer specifications and current Australian safety standards.

We can also increase the frequency of testing according to the risk assessment of the equipment.

All equipment includes it’s own individual test script which is logged electronically into our maintenance database system which includes an exception reporting feature prompting an investigation of any incomplete scheduled maintenance items. Service reports are included in the equipment master inspection record and are available to department managers and Safety Committee review.
